Leading high impact meetings and workshops
Meetings always impact, but not always positive. There are many kinds of meetings for different purposes. There are many leadership styles. Not all are effective or effective in only certain situations. We have all experienced meetings that we just couldn’t wait to get out of!
A new learning paradigm…
Leading in a high impact way means immersing oneself in deep learning with a new learning paradigm. This paradigm makes it easy to learn and to stay in the learning process, which continues after the workshop or meeting. Within the new learning paradigm, we focus on conscious learning and conscious leadership which is needed to create the new patterns and abilities we need in this rapidly changing world.
Conscious learning helps us establish new behaviors and actions needed for the future, while unconscious learning reinforces more of the old which may no longer be useful. Meetings are only productive when people are learning, so in this workshop you will learn how you can use this new learning paradigm to support the learning and effectiveness of the people you work with and get the results you are after. In high impact facilitated meetings, participants have the leading role.
Genuine Contact™ Whole Person Process Facilitation is a reliable method that can be used daily, in all the situations you face, when people come together to meet and work. It creates a culture that supports self-organizing teams, shared responsibility, leadership development and deep learning. It helps leaders of loose networks to keep their people connected and moving forward together. It helps workshop participants to learn what you are teaching and find the new lifestyles, healthy habits and possibilities they want in their lives.
In this workshop you will learn how to…
- Lead high impact meetings, workshops or movements
- Design and lead meetings and workshops both online and in-person
- Experience and use the new learning paradigm to get better results
- Tap into people´s wisdom and intuition and engage the whole person, including mind, spirit, emotions and body to increase the impact of your common efforts
- Work with a method that is flexible enough to incorporate other tools and stable enough to contain diversity and different opinions
- Create an experience where people feel respected and listened to and where the way you work feels joyful and natural
