Path to Organizational Health & Balance workshop provides practical tools that you can use immediately to support increased organizational performance. This workshop provides essential questions for looking at organizational and leadership patterns and behaviors to be able to support a life-nurturing organizational climate. You will also explore and assess the foundational beliefs that affect the performance of your organization. It is an advantage when a leadership team or board can take this workshop together and start to look at their organization already during the workshop.
In this experiential workshop you will discover
- Key questions for looking at your own organization from a practical and holistic perspective
- Ways to engage and energize employees in the process of change
- Insights and knowledge to nourish a culture of leadership
- Insights about the impact of worldviews on organizational performance
- Your own view of the state of health in your organization from a holistic growth perspective
- Maintaining the organization at its optimal health and performance
The online session is held using the software Blackboard Collaborate or similar, with breakout rooms and whiteboards, audio and options for video. It is facilitated using Whole Person Process Facilitation, which offers you the opportunity to learn in your own best way and to engage deeply in what matters together with other participants.
The workshop fee SEK 950 ex VAT includes workshop fee and workbook. Eiwor Backelund Jacobsson intention is to provide leaders with a hands-on experience of a new leadership paradigm, so they can change the way organizations work to a more healthy and balanced approach utilizing the full wisdom of the people working with it. In her consulting work she draws on her many years of experience being a leader of economic and non-profit associations and European Union funded projects. Being one of the first authorized trainers of the Genuine Contact ™ Program, she has taught the program components to hundreds of people in Sweden and internationally. Eiwor knows that nature has a balancing effect, which helps people feel good and be more creative, more productive and learn easier.
Anders Johansson is a skilled and experienced outdoor educator, who have trained many hundred school teachers, leaders and facilitators as a teacher at Linköping University and through his own business Friluften. When he describes himself as a leader/educator the metaphor catalyst is used. In practice this means that the knowledge, energy and creativity within the group is used for development of the individuals and the group. His keyword for success is “trust the process”. Anders is one of the developers and owners of the Skogsfloating concept, an outdoor meeting space for creative, inspiring and effective collaboration and an authorized trainer of the Genuine Contact Program.
